At Telepsych One, we follow the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act, which prohibits the dispensing of controlled substances, such as certain prescription medications, without a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner. Although certain exceptions were permitted during the COVID-19 pandemic, Telepsych One strictly adheres to these rules. As a result, we do not prescribe the following controlled medications:

Diazepam (Valium), Alprazolam (Xanax), Lorazepam (Ativan), Clonazepam (Klonopin), Flurazepam (Dalmane), Temazepam (Restoril), Oxazepam (Serax), Triazolam (Halcion), Chlordiazepoxide (Librium), Clorazepate (Tranxene), Nitrazepam (Mogadon), Medazepam (Nobrium), Estazolam (ProSom), Quazepam (Doral), Prazepam (Centrax)
Benzodiazepine-like drugs:
Zolpidem (Ambien), Eszopiclone (Lunesta),& Zaleplon (Sonata)
